discussion topic: Need pointers on how to satrt preparing for CAT

HI,

I think CAT is slow and continuos preparation process. Developing your concepts by regular practise rather than finishing off any topic is the strategy that I have adopted. Along with a full course from www.topCATcoaching.com, i am also reading newspapers ( Hindu) religiosuly for 1 hr a day

start with Arun Sharma book.

its the best one besides there are few other must read books for quants.

Just buy the complete package and start reading in order of lesson numbers. After studying the concepts, take practise tests.
You do not need any other material as the first lesson oin every section starts from very basic.

I would say study all 3 sections at same time. It would not bore you and all 3 are diffrent from each other, so you do not need learning from one to study another section
