IIFT shorlisted candidates get essay writing task for the next stage of the admission process.

After the result of IIFT 2009 were declared on 10th of december, the second round of the interview process has begun. IIFT has sent a form to be required to be filled by all the selected candidates. A few important questions are being:

1.What are the latest books apart from the textbooks which you have read?
2.Describe one-two incidents in your life that has something which has changed your out look towards life. (In 100 words)
3.Specify two/three instances where you were able to demonstrate leadership or team building skills.
4.What do you generally do in your leisure time? ( In 50 words)
5.What do you expect to learn from your fellow participants at IIFT? (In 100 words)
6.Do you think that the Indian value system has changed over the years? (In 100 words)
7. In a conflict resolution stage involving your career, do you rank morality or practicality higher?(In 150 words)
8. Over the years have you noticed any visible changes in your family structure at home and how has it impacted you? (In 100 words)
9.Your broad career objective
10. What do you think are your important strengths in the context of your application for admission to IIFT's program and weaknesses that might stand against you.? (In 75 words)

These were a few questions IIFT candidates have been asked before they are called for their personal interviews.
